Jolene van Antwerp

Jolene is a video editor with over 10 years of experience in the natural history film industry. She is passionate about telling stories about people and nature, and her work has been recognized with awards from the Jackson Wild Media Festival and the South African Film and Television Awards.
Her recent work includes the 4-part series Okavango River of Dreams, which won numerous awards, and the feature-length documentary Jade Eyed Leopard, which was nominated for a News & Documentary Emmy Award. She also worked on the documentary Tribe vs. Pride, which won the Special Jury Award at the Jackson Wild Media Festival and a SAFTA for best documentary editing.
Jolene expanded her editing skills to include other genres, such as dance and performance. She edited promos for the Works & Process Bubble Performances at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City.
Jolene is also a skilled VR and immersive storyteller. She has edited 360 monoscopic and stereoscopic content for Habitat XR, a South African-based company that specializes in nature and conservation immersive storytelling.
